Fir Tree Lodge is a beautiful spacious specialist home, with a large walled garden, in a picturesque part of Sunderland.
It will accommodate up to four children and young people, aged 8-17, of any gender (dependent on matching) who have the following needs:

• ASD or ADHD
• Learning disabilities
• Sensory delay
• Emotional and/or behavioural difficulties
​
The six-bedroom modern home is situated at the end of a quiet private road and is within walking distance of a large supermarket, a shopping parade and a park. It is also a short distance away from a community swimming pool, a tennis and wellness centre and a dry ski slope.
